What Is Recruitment Process Outsourcing?

Recruitment process outsourcing, or RPO, means an external recruiting partner operates all or a defined part of an employer’s hiring process. The scope can be structured around a hiring project, selected recruiting stages or ongoing capacity. Your company keeps hiring authority and final decisions; EPIQORE supplies the agreed recruiting operation.

Fit signals

RPO May Fit When Hiring Has Become an Operating Bottleneck

01

Open roles are spiking

Your internal team needs temporary recruiting capacity across multiple requisitions.

02

The process is fragmented

Hiring managers, agencies and internal recruiters are working without one coordinated flow.

03

You need a defined recruiting program

A new team, function or ramp-up needs repeatable sourcing, screening and reporting support.

Pricing

RPO Pricing Follows the Agreed Scope

RPO can be priced by project, dedicated recruiting capacity, process module or another agreed structure. The final model should reflect hiring volume, roles, responsibilities, duration and reporting requirements.

Pricing is defined in the service agreement after the scope, hiring volume, responsibilities and duration are established.

Control

Your Team Keeps Hiring Authority

EPIQORE operates the agreed recruiting work; your hiring managers retain role ownership, interviews and final hiring decisions. For direct hires made through RPO, the worker becomes the client’s employee—not EPIQORE’s.

Frequently asked questions

RPO Questions

Do we have to outsource the entire recruiting process?

No. The proposed service can be scoped to selected stages or a defined hiring program, subject to the models EPIQORE confirms it offers.

Who makes the final hiring decision?

Your company. EPIQORE supplies the agreed recruiting operation, but hiring authority remains with the client.

Is RPO the same as hiring temporary workers?

No. RPO is recruiting-process capacity. Temporary staffing supplies workers who remain on EPIQORE payroll during an assignment.

Does RPO include a blanket replacement guarantee?

No. There is no blanket replacement promise. The 90-day prorated policy applies only to eligible direct placements and excludes layoffs and headcount reductions.

Where Is Your Recruiting Process Under the Most Pressure?

Map the roles, volume and process stages with EPIQORE. We will define whether a project, modular or ongoing model fits—once the service scope is confirmed.
